I have no cancel order in my dropdown??

I dont know whats quite gone wrong, but I have recently set up a new zen store and have been playing with dummy orders to make sure everything is working correctly.

I just noticed in admin that I still have 2 "pending" orders (mine, not live) that I wish to cancel rather than despatch and realised that the cancel option is not there?

I have been running Zen cart on a different server and basically copied those files over, but I dont remember "not" seeing it there before.

How can I add the cancel and "return items to stock" option please? (preferably without having to reinstall zen if I can help it....

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a

There is not a 'cancel' in the dropdown - it is labeled 'delete'.

Admin/customers/orders - pick an order, my dropdown options are

Pending (1)
Processing (2)
Despatched (3)
Update (4)
