I don't see where to upload it. It has a /admin folder. It shoud get into /elocin right ?

Yes, that is correct. Some "Host" installs of ZC, name the Admin folder elocin for "security puprosses".

I've not used the mod, myself, but HERE is the support thread for it. It might be helpful.
