How would I add 'Total:' before price in shopping cart sidebox?

I would like to add 'Total:' before the total price in the shopping cart sidebox like this and also center it within the sidebox (the price is currently shown on the right hand side)...

Total: £49.99

Is this possible?

Well, all that is controlled by your stylesheet.css and without being able to see your EXACT delima, it's har for us to tell you the EXACT code you're gonna need. If you could get it live, somebody could "fix you right up" in a matter of minutes.
