Multiple Zones Rate Shipping

Hello,

I am trying to set multiple shipping options all based on the zones rate.

I am trying to create four zones rate settings that do the following:

Standard
Priority Handling
Priority Shipping
Priority Handling & Shipping

I basically need to do nothing more than replicate the zones rate module four times and have the ability to change the name of each one.

I know I could do this using a mod of the insurance module but from experience our customers are not spotting this option and it would be far easier to add it to the shipping section where customers could clearly see all their delivery options.

Anyone got any advice on what I should do. I have made several attempts and got no where with any of them so any help would be appreciated.
