Shipping Zones and Rates questions

Hi i have similar issues but cannot find the shipping/packaging in my admin area.
I am looking in Modules - Shipping but cannot find it...
The only 2 enabled are Store Pickup and Per Unit.
These are the per unit results in my shop.
When an artikel has a weight of 0 the amount is €3,00
When an artikel has a weight of 1 the amount is €4,00
When an artikel has a weight of 2 the amount is €5,00
When an artikel has a weight of 3 the amount is €6,00 etc......

I don't know where the €3,00 is specified

Found it and solved it.......
Configuration - Shipping/Packaging - Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight setting was 0:3, changed it into 0:1

Next problem is how to calculate when more items need to be shipped.
When ordering several light weight products it will not be an issue to send them together, but when ordering several heavier items the shipping costs must be adjusted equally to the number ordered.......

How to set this up.............

The Per Unit perweightunit shipping module is calculating the shipping as:

(quantity * products_weight) * unit rate

So if you set the Product Weight to 2 and order quantity 7 you would have:
(7 * 2) * unit rate (if 1) = $14.00
