What happened to Shipping options?

OK, my site worked perfectly when I left here in March. All I had to do was fine tune a few things and then add my stock.. now I come back and everything seems to have gone to he!! in a handbasket!
Email doesn't work and my shipping options aren't like they used to be. Where it used to show all of the USPS options we normally offered it now shows :

Flat Rate
$5.00
Best Way

Per Item $2.50
Best Way

Store Pickup $0.00
Walk In

United States Postal Service We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing

what does this mean and WHY/HOW did it change? is it just something from the USPS side ?
Is there something from a email side somewhere that has my email address now marked as a Phishing source?

Check that you have the current May 2008 USPS Shipping module installed correctly on your server and have followed the instructions:

If all is correct, check with USPS that your account is still active on the Production Server ...
