USPS Mod Not Including Priority Intl Flat Box & 1st Class Intl Pkg?

All looks fine for domestic shipping- good number of options, some quite reasonable in cost, for example (for ~$15 worth of stuff):

United States Postal Service (Express Mail (1 - 2 days)) $14.55
United States Postal Service (First-Class Mail (2 - 5 days)) $3.91
United States Postal Service (Priority Mail (2 - 3 days)) $6.45
United States Postal Service (Parcel Post (4 - 7 days)) $6.40

But when calculating shipping to Canada there's only these shipping options:

United States Postal Service (Global Express Guaranteed (1 - 3 days)) $33.45
United States Postal Service (Express Mail International (EMS) (5 days)) $27.45
United States Postal Service (Priority Mail International (6 - 10 days)) $20.50

Way too high- that's more than the merch cost! When I go to the USPS site and plug in the same address & size I get two more options that aren't showing up on the shipping caluculator on my site:

Priority Mail® International Small Flat-Rate Box 6 - 10 Days $10.95
First-Class Mail® International Package* Varies $5.01

Which is much, much better. I can't seem to figure out how to get those to show up on my site. Here's what (it says) I have set up in Zen Cart:

Domestic Shipping Methods
EXPRESS, PRIORITY, FIRST CLASS, PARCEL

International Shipping Methods
Global Express, Express Mail Int, Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Env, Priority Mail Int Flat Rate Box, First-Class Mail Int

Help? I've already tried un- and re-installing the mod & settings.

Check that you are using the May 2008 USPS shipping module:
