now that you see what i get, how do i fix this and how can i get back in to admin. I have not done any work to my site for a while and its was running fine last few week then this happen

That error can occur if you're using a version of Zencart other than the current one, and your host updates PHP to version 5.

i can't seem to get him to reply to my email at all. i try for the last two weeks.

an i paid for 3 yrs of hosting with them

In a new Text file paste the following:

<?php
phpinfo();
?>

Save it as "phpinfo.php", upload it to your Hosting account then browse to that page.

At the very top of the page you will see what version of PHP is being used.

Alternate solution to your problem is upgrade to current version (1.3.8a) of Zen Cart.
