How do I install/use UPS-XML addon module?

Hi...
We are a Canadian company wanting to use UPS for shipping but the default settings for Zen Cart is the US (so our default zip/postal is in Canada)... I've downloaded the XML files from UPS but I can't find any information how to install it...
Any help would be great...
I've tried searching for answers here and Googling with no luck...

We use the UPSXML module and the documentation with it and in the Wiki is spot on.

Just be sure you copy the correct files to their correct location (documented).

When I installed, I got cross-eyed and crossed up a file with same name but different paths (so, actually different files), I mistakenly put catalog/admin/includes....file where catalog/includes/... file should have gone.

When I reversed them to where the docs said to put them, it worked fine.

thanks for the info... do I need to be live and SSL implemented in order for UPS to function correctly???
I get this error in the Deliver Section for UPS:

Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway : Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway
If you prefer to use ups as your shipping method, please contact Printer's Parts & Equipment via email.

Any input on how to solve this would be great... I hope its just a quick fix
