Hi, I am encountering a problem as I have a broken checkout, it breaks before selecting payment method.
I am using version 1.3.8, and have no idea what I could have done wrong.

any help would be greatly appreciated. Or if someone could point me in the right direcction.

I have already installed debug error utility but nothing shows up.
