shipping help please

I am struggling to find how to change the shipping to simply this below, can anyone help me please.

We do not have a minimum order limit. However to maintain the low prices available in all our stores we have to charge a carriage on certain order values. Our charges have been kept simple: Goods value postal charges Orders up to £5-00 postage charge £1-50 Order value £5-00 - £9-99 postage charge £2-50 Order value £10-00 - £64-99 postage charge £5-95 £65-00 and above POSTAGE FREE.

Have you looked at Table Rate table or Zone Rate zones shipping modules and set to be based on Price?

Yes, the table rate will help if you have the setting setup correctly.

* Login to your Zen Cart store admin interface;
* Browse to MODULES >> SHIPPING;
* Select the “Table Rate” and press either edit or install from the right side menu;
* User “4.99:1.5, 9.99:2.5, 64.99:5.95, 1000:0″ at the Shipping Table field area;
* Select “Price” at the Table Method field;
* Press Update to confirm the changes.

By selecting “Price” at the Table Method field, the “4.99:1.5, 9.99:2.5, 64.99:5.95, 1000:0″ at the above which actually speaks upto 4.99 currency units, the shipping cost will be 1.5 currency units and 64.99 currency units will cost 5.95 currency unit on the shipping, etc. The last part “1000:0″ is just a dummy to be used to say upto 1,000 currency units will cost zero for the shipping. So, anything with currency units between 65 and 1,000 will cost nothing for the shipping (This is the tweak for free shipping over certain cost).
