Define Pages not updating Site View

I am using define pages to makes changes to my PHP files but when I save the changes they do not show up on the main site. Only the old unedited version is still there. When I go back into define pages the changes I made are there but they just don't show up on the main site.

It's almost like a browser cache problem but I have reloaded the page, shut donw the browser and I don't think that's it.

Thanks for any help. I did my search diligence here on the site but wasn't able to find where this was addressed recently.

Standard install with an over ride 1.3.8

Figured it out. I had the page I was editing turned off in the config and was looking at another similar page. Duh moment for sure. Now if I can just figure out how to get teh HTML View button to work.
