Update to attributes.php not working

I am really new at this and I believe I can read some of this code and make an educated guess at what I need to change in most cases and viewing a lot of the replies to other users questions.

Anyway, I am attempting to change the clearBoth to a floatLeft in the attributes.php because I don't want the 2nd set of attributes/options to be listed under the main product image. I believe that is the module that I need to change. I have updated the attributes.php in my includes/modules folder but it doesn't appear to have any effect. I am still getting the "clearBoth" generated instead of the "floatLeft" when I look at the view source info when the page is being displayed. I have already created the floatLeft in my stylesheet.css

I've done a search using the Developers Tool Kit but I can't seem to figure out where the code is being generated from. I don't appear to have any other attributes.php that it could be referencing or maybe I am changing the wrong module.

I am running Zen Cart 1.3.8a

No longer need help. I figured it out, I was editing the wrong file. I needed to be editing tpl_modules_attributes.php.
