I'm keeping my 'back-up' plan in place for just a little longer. Access is still a little slow for my liking and I'd rather customers not deal with time-out problems.

    Default authorize.net backend issues?

Is anyone else having problems using their aim backend?

The site seems all but non-existent and I've been on hold almost 3 hours so far waiting for their customer service.

Well, finally got through. Those folks have had a bad few days.

    From Twitter:

#authorizenet - We are down due to a fire at our primary data center in Seattle. We are working to restore services, but no ETA at this time.
8:13 AM Jul 3rd from web

The guy I spoke with said they switched to a redundant data center, but not without a few glitches.

    They sound very busy.

    Thats all.
