Can not modify anything

I cann' modify anything, example add category, delete category, delete order, delete customer, modify payment, and etc. When I click the save button, just back /admin/index.php, but product page is OK, example move, update,add new product.

What version are you using? Is this a new installation? Did it work before? What have you added or changed?

I use zen cart 1.3.8, not new install, at before it is working good, I have installed Google Base Feeder.
