I just received a couple emails from a spammer using my e-mail address (to and from) and my zen cart e-mail template including my logo. How is this happening and how can I prevent it? Thanks!

If its coming from your contact form(s) you can try one of the CAPTCHA mods in the downloads section.
Sometimes spammers just spoof your email addy to trick you into opening their filth.
