Hi all,
Since 'upgrading' to Payments Pro, I've had 2 customers contact me saying that at the point in the order process where they finally click the 'pay' button, they are returned to the cart with a 'oops, session has timed out, log in again' message. The payment process to this point has gone quickly and smoothly. I don't know how many have met the problem and just gone away, as opposed to contacting me, but have seen a drop in traffic since I switched to PPPro.
The one customer I spoke to on the phone was using IE (don't know what version, or OS, but may do soon...), when she ordered using Firefox, the order went through fine. I have been unable to replicate the fault.
Is this browser, PP, OS, Zencart, or unknown? Has anyone else seen this?
