disable flat rate shipping for paypal only (but enable for googlecheckout)

I have flat rate shipping enabled for googlecheckout because it is the only option. Is there any way I can disable it for paypal?(because it is disabling my other shipping options)

About a dozen other methods provided by the Big Royal Mail download.

I would prefer to use the more accurate modules all round but can only use flat for google outside of USA.

No.

If I disable flat rate, google checkout either gives free shipping or an error but paypal express gives 6 different royal mail rates.
If I enable flat rate google works but paypal express only offers flat rate as well.
Is it possible I can disable the flat rate for paypal or at least offer the extra methods with the flat rate?
Paypal IPN always works OK but I prefer the express module.

I have fixed it now by setting "Select Cheapest Shipping Automatically" in admin > modules > shipping > paypal to "no".
