I might be having this same problem. I have many PayPal logs, but I'm not really sure what they mean. I have already shut down our site because all PayPal orders are now failing.

I have figured out my problem which really wasn't a problem, I had put my ZebCart paypal pro software into the troubleshoot mode in the admin section and that is what was driving the emails I was getting from people trying out my store without being logged in, I have put the payment module back into normal mode and it now works just fine and I don't get the emails when someone tries the store without an account or being logged in.
