That information comes from the SVN repository that the Zen Cart developers store their data in while working on coding updates.
I don't recommend changing any of the original content of that line because if you do that nobody knows what version the original content related to.
So, if you're making changes to the file, leave that line intact, and add on to the end of the line (or a new line) something like " .. with edits by Meshach on 07/20/2009 for xyz purpose".
