Component For Virtual Merchant . Please Help

I have been trying to find a way to contact Zen Cart Tech support but there is nowhere other than a forum. I am using hostgator as a host and currently have zen cart installed in a sub domain. The issue is that I am wanting to use virtual merchant which is compatible with my merchant account with Elavon. What do I need to do? Please help.

This is what came from the Elevon Technical Support:
Contact Zen Cart and let them know you will be using virtual merchant. They should email you the components that are required to work with virtual merchant.

I am totally new to shopping cart and ecommerce, so please help me. Thanking you in advance.

If the payment module you want to use is not one of those included in the Zen Cart installation package, you can't expect to (and won't) get support from the Zen Cart development team. Look in the downloads section under Payment Modules to see if there is a contributed module available for your payment gateway - if not, you'll have to find someone to develop a module for you.
