Multiple Images Not Displaying.. Help!

I am trying to display multiple images for a single product, but for some reason it is not working.
I followed the instructions on the Zen site TO THE LETTER, even going over them multiple times to make sure nothing was missed, but still they are not displaying. And I have enabled multiple images in the Admin, so that's not it.
The main image displays fine, as does its enlargement. But any additional images I add for that product are not displaying.
Someone please give me some suggestions what might be causing this. Here is the pertinent information.
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Images I'm trying to display, where they are and how they are named.
images/swimsuits/FG46_01.jpg
images/swimsuits/FG46_02.jpg
images/swimsuits/FG46_03.jpg
As I've said, 01 displays fine, 02 and 03 are not showing up.

Corresponding large images are as follows:
images/large/swimsuits/FG46_01_LRG.jpg
images/large/swimsuits/FG46_02_LRG.jpg
images/large/swimsuits/FG46_03_LRG.jpg
The enlargement for 01 displays fine.

As you can see, according to the instructions, everything looks perfect. What the hell could be wrong?? Or is this a cart glitch??

Any chance you're using a custom template which has turned off that function in the code?

May we see a link to your site?

The site is fitgirlwear.com. And no, I just installed this cart and started using it (as you'll see from the lack of customization so far)... So no, no custom template.

A few thoughts

1) Check to make sure you have "Additional Images" enabled in the admin

Already did the Additional Images thing, and yes, it's enabled.
I'll think about using the app you mentioned if I don't get a solution to this problem.

The whole images naming thing confuses me, too, but I think that's where your problem lies.

In your case, the base image would be images/swimsuits/FG46.jpg

Then your additional images would be FG46_01.jpg, etc.

The way you have it, the additional images would need to be FG46_01_01.jpg, etc.

I think.

Also, I think it's a good practice to use all lowercase letters in file names.

Who would have thought a little thing like that, but that DID THE TRICK! It's working now.

Since you seem to be the genius here, quick question... I can't find a "pull down menu" option so that customers can choose different colors, sizes, options, etc. Is that an extra template you need to install, or have I just not found it yet?

Same freaking boat!

Basic template with override directory created. New install of 1.3.8.

I have uploaded the additional images for my product using FTP, made sure the CHMOD is OK, created medium and large directories, added LRG and MED where appropriate. Verified the configuration files as instructed.

Main photo looks fine. There are two "larger image" links at the bottom where the other two photos should be, but no photos. Click on the link and nothing is in the window.

I'm pulling out what little hair I have left.

Do not use a + sign in the image name. This will stop multiple images from displaying. Version 1.3.7.1
