This is a silly question and I don't know how i did it...
I turned off the tool bar on top of the Product Description box when I am entering a new product.
I would be very greatful if someone can help me...

In the upper right corner of the main category/product page, there's a dropdown labelled 'Text Editor' to activate the HTML editor. To make it permanent, Admin - Configuration - My Store - HTML Editor
