How do I get subcategories to show?

How do I get subcategories to show in the main category box?

I have Categories - Always Open to Show SubCategories

set to on... what am i missing?

I should add that they will show after you click on the category, but i would like them to always show. thank you.

You would need an add on for that ... I believe there may be one in the Free Software Add Ons ...

The feature built into Zen Cart is so that when the Parent Category is clicked on, the subcategories then show in the Categories sidebox ...

Did you change the folders named YOUR_TEMPLATE in the mod to the name of your template?

I did... I changed it to custom and it is still not working for me. I'm not sure what i am doing incorrectly.
