Need to delete certain text on Shopping Cart page

Hi. No matter what products are in my shopping cart, right above it says 'Products marked with ### are out of stock. Items not in stock will be placed on backorder.'

We want to get rid of this text, as nothing we sell will ever be out of stock, they are all going to be downloadable e-Books.

Do you know where I can find and delete this text?

I think Admin - Configuration - Stock - Check Stock Level to false should remove that.
