Unable to create coupons as of this morning

I am no longer able to create a Discount Coupon after a back-up/restore done by my hosting company last night. everthing else seems to be working with the exception of creating a coupon. I replaced my html_output.php file as I saw somewhere in this site that that might be the issue, but still no cando.

Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this or where do I begin?

Here is what happens: I click on the "INSERT" button to create new discount coupon, add/fill in all the fields, and click "PREVIEW" to save, and it does NOTHING, it takes me back to my main list of coupons that were created prior to 07/28/09. HELP...i'm missing something and I don't know what.

I have fixed. I kept reading on this forum, and here is the deal Ladies and Gents for future readers:

My new security patch was installed with the fantastico feature via my hosting company which did NOT have the most updated files that were recently added in the last couple of weeks or so. So I manually installed the security patch, and tadda! it all works perfectly now. phew.

Note for future reference: NEVER EVER use fantastico for ANY upgrades whatsoever. They've okay for fresh installs, but THAT'S ALL.
ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do patches, upgrades, etc manually.
