Your so-called SEO addon is breaking it.
Turn off the SEO URL addon, and your pages should work fine.

Which rewriting module is installed.... Its likely a cache or configuration issue.

My zen cart is chinese,and it integration SEO it the program,and i installed ultimate_seo_urls_2-107.zip
Now the site is www.gueston.com

In the htaccess in the root, make sure

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /

Then in admin >> configuration >> seo urls

enable and reset

Yes,i done it as you said,but it have same problem.

I would say then you need to troubleshoot it further, maybe reinstall USEO.... We have probably 50 customers with all patches and an array of modules in conjunction with it.... There are very few modules that interfere with USEO.

You probably have errors in your language files after editing.
