I've recently had a customer place 2 orders with me (within about 90 seconds of each other), but cannot see what they have ordered!

Both orders contain all the correct information (i.e. customer details, payment details and even the correct sub-total and total), but there are no items listed on the order.

To investigate further I've checked the orders_products table within the database and cannot see any entries for the order IDs.

Payment was made by using the Ceon Manual Card v1.2.0 module and not PayPal (I know some people using PayPal IPN have experienced something similar to this issue).

Since this order another order has been placed and I'm pleased to report that all of the order details have been recorded.

However, this doesn't answer the question of what happened to the previous two orders.

Anyone have an idea?
