Edit Gift Certificate email notifications

Hi all, I've searched and can't find an answer to this question. How do I edit the text in the emails that a customer gets when they order a gift certificate? There are two emails, one notifying the customer that the GC has been released, and the other notifying someone that they have received a gift certificate from the purchaser.

I use my Developer's Toolkit quite often and I searched EMAIL_TEXT, various clips of the Gift Certificate message, and gift certificate, but still I have not found the file where I can edit the e-mail that is generated when someone purchases a Gift Certificate. Would you be able to point me to a specific file?

Which specific text are you wanting to edit?
There are 3 different kinds of GV emails that are generated, one in storefront, and two in admin.

I want to edit the message that says:
"Congratulations, you have received a Gift Certificate worth ########## towards the purchase of any product from ##########."

And:
"We're pleased to offer you a Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate is worth ##########."

Will you show me which search words to put in the Developer's Toolkit for future reference when searching for automated emails from the admin?

I want to edit the message that says:

Searching for "you have received" or "pleased to offer" brings up the sections you would need to edit, respectively.

Ok, I found what I was looking for while editing all of my Spanish language includes files:
/includes/languages/english/gv_send.php.
