add another dropdown / subcategory

Can any one advise as to how we can add another subcategory or drop down to our drop down menu? We are wanting customers to be able to find jewelry by product such as bracelets then go to material such as gold, silver, etc.

I don't use that mod, but I assume it's just replicating what would be in the Categories sidebox, so you'd need to create another level of categories (gold, silver) under each of your existing categories, then move the products. Remember that you can't have both products and subcategories in a category.
