Nothing installs

I had a little problem with my site with shopping cart...
I tried to fix it...no go
I deleted the database and when I go to reinstall - nothing happens:

The install folder is there?

If you truely want to install Zen Cart from fresh, then you should ensure that:

1 the database is empty ... and that you have setup a valid username and password with ful; permissions to the database ...

2 the two configure.php files on the server:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

have been backup and then overwritten with their respecting dist-configure.php files ...

NOTE: make sure their permissions are 777 for the install ...

Check that you have on your site:
/zc_install

if not, you need to load it to your server ...
