Customer Downloads

Customer to my store are unable to download products after downloads have been activated.

Downloads worked before do I rename my Admin folder. I am able to access the ADMIN folder without a problem and the store is operating otherwise normally. Customers have reported getting a 404 ERROR PAGE NOT FOUND when they click on the download button to download their purchases.

I am not sure if this problem is related to renaming the ADMIN folder but it is the only change made to the store.

Any help would be appreciated.

I changed the ADMIN folder and config back to original and created a test acct. I purchased a download, completed the transaction and everything worked as it should. I also completed another transaction changing the admin and config back - everything worked.

I had six customers that couldn't complete their transaction one of whom placed another order to help me sort out the problem. We got to the download link and got a page not found error.

I'm stuck.
