Default Customer can't add same product to cart twice with different uploaded images

My client sells custom artwork based on a photo, uploaded on the item page. We have noticed that if a customer wants the same item with two different photos, there is no way to do this.

If you upload your photo and add the item to your cart, everything works fine.

Then if you go back to the item and try to order again, this time with a different uploaded photo, it replaces your first photo with your second photo, and shows a quantity of 2. Any ideas how to get around this so the customer can order more than one?

I've noticed that when you don't check off any of the other options, you can add the item to your cart multiple separate times with different uploaded images, but if you check off "One Framed 6" Tile," etc., they all start adding together.

Here's the page I've been testing this on:

    Version 1.3.8a

    I'd appreciate any help!

This does appear to be an issue with checkboxes on the product ...

For now, a work around would be to convert to Radio Buttons and add an Option Value for:
    Option Name on the Frame:
    Option Value Name: No Frame
    Default: yes
    Sort Order: 0

    On the Tile
    Option Value Name: No Tile
    Default: yes
    Sort Order: 0

See if that gets this working for you, for now ...

NOTE: moving to Bug Report ...

The fix Wilt linked to appears to be working fine! I'll report back if we have any further customer problems with this. Thanks!

I don't know if you fix the problem already but I can't get your site or my site to do that error. It uploads the pictures without an issue.

You need a checkbox involved on the attributes with the image to break it ...

Once broke ... add the fix that we are testing ...
