Change Add to Cart button on Product Info page

Hi Zen Community, how are you all doing?

I have a problem and i cant seem to get it right. On the product info page on my website (www.medicoherbs.co.za/shop) i want to change the add to cart button and quantity field for a buy now button, and i also need to duplicate the button (which is at the end of the page) and put it at the begining of the page.

Here is a screenshot of the place where i want to place the buy now button.

I have tried but im just not clued enough on css nor php.

Any help would be great

Well I'm running ZC 138 and I'm also trying to do the same ... I've been trying for 1 hour and havent been able to yet ....

The tutorial here just doesnt work AT ALL ....
