what code and where have I to insert in way to see the advanced poll in sidebox of zencart?

hello, i've installed this poll on my local pc and on site, and it goes good.
Now if I add the code

on the main page, in define main page, it goes ok
but...
I would add this poll on a sidebox.
I have tried with same code
in the editable sideboxe (add on that it goes but not with the poll)
and in externall poll (add on that goes but without border and title of sideboxe).

So please someone has an idea?

To do this, you'd have to create a polling system too. And maintain it. And patch it in case of security alerts. This is really quite a big job - are you sure you want to do it?

One possibility would be to use a form generator such as that provided by wufoo. (www.wufoo.com). There may also be open source polling applications, but as I said, you would then be on the hook for maintaining and patching such a tool.
