Possible to set the "also bought" and "specials" to nofollow?
I have done a little research on google image search and have found that images that were "also boughts" were showing up in place of the actual item being searched for.... can the "also boughts", "we recommends" and "specials" be somehow "EASILY" set so that the links are nofollow? Or is there a way to tell Google that the image shown is not the item being described?

Sure. Just edit the modules and their templates so they add the nofollow tag, if you're convinced that will fix your google image indexing problem.
