Now the generated URL:

1、I want -c change to -list

2、Remove -3

pls help me!

You can remove the -c-3 by "Set Auto Alias Status" to "true" in the Simple SEO URL admin configuration.

I fyou want to change it to list, you have to see in to code where the c for the category comes from and append a list before this postfix.
