Default MYOB Export Module for MYOB Accounting v17

    Hi Guys,

After 3 or 4 eye blistering hours of code modification i've tweaked the old MYOB export module to a point where it works with the New Zealand edition (and possibly others) of MYOB Accounting v17.

Given the feilds it uses, it should work with any MYOB label (e.g. Business Basics, Accounting, Accounting + etc.) and possibly a few v back and forwards.

The module needed some editing as the fields have changed in MYOB since the MOD was first made for MYOB in 2002.

I in no way claim this code as my own, I have simply moved around all of the headers and fields so they stick straight into MYOB via the import feature.

I have also changed GST to reflect NZs 12.5% as opposed to Aus 10%. Though due to MYOBs strange GST rounding habits (it rounds every line individually then adds them together...) it could possibly use some future tweaks.

So essentially this module works, it's not perfect, but it is 1,000,000 x better than manually entereing every sale.

I hope it's of some help to someone else.

How about adding it as a contribution?
    Cheers!
