i mucked up all my currencies

Dont know what to do. I was playing around with the currencies trying to get us dollars as default instead of australian. It didnt seem to work properly so I put it back as it was and then pressed the update currencies and now I get all this warning....i manually have put in the australian dollar in and it is again the default, but no other currency show up. what have I done.?????

even though it says that it was successfully updated via xe. It doesnt show up in the zen cart currencies. Do I have to actually go to this site and manually put in all of the rates
