I have a client for whom we installed ZenCart a couple of years ago. About 6 months ago, they decided to use something else for their online ticket sales, which was the only products they were selling online. I removed the cart from their server site but did not delete the database. About a month ago, they decided they had made a mistake and wanted the cart back. This time, I installed v1.3.8 w/latest patches and accessed the old database (1.3.7). Everything seems to be fine except none of the products show unless 'All Products' is selected.
I've spent the better part of 3 hours looking thru this forum for any similar problems but have found none. The site is https://orrfamilyfarm.com/cart/ . There is a minimal home page with a welcome message for the store and a categories box in the left sidebar. Clicking on 'Tickets' in the 'Categories' box expands to 3 sub-categories. When clicking on one of these sub-categories, we should see the products assigned to that sub-category but all we see is the title for the sub-category and another 'Categories' box. If we click on 'All Products' we see the products.
Can anyone point me to the correct configuration option or other problem that might be causing the products not to show?
