Taxes not right?

Hello all, setting up the store and have canadian taxes at 13% in one tax. An item priced at $10.00 even should have $1.30 tax right? mine gets $1.06 Is my computer having a bad adding week? Seriously, what have I set wrong, checked and double checked and it still says 13%, thanks for any help.

come on, no one can point me in the right direction, still says 13% but adds 10.5%
