This is an urgent matter. Above is the junk mail we received for many times in several e-mail of our companies, and that's all for the mail. We don't know either which site of our company it came from or which person. And we received e-mails from somebody complaining they had tried so many times to buy things from our sites but failed that they had to give up and buy from others.

Wonder what the matter is and what should we do. If anybody can help, we'll appreciate it very much.

If you want help, you need to provide more information. This error is coming from Paypal, but you've not told us what they have to say about it. Nor have you given us any information about the sites from which the emails may be coming, or the one that the customer couldn't buy from. You've not told us anything about the customer who couldn't but ... where was he or she located, for example? Nor have you told us which Paypal services you are using.

You've not told us anything about the customer who couldn't but ... where was he or she located, for example? Nor have you told us which Paypal services you are using.

I'd also send the question to PayPal seeing it is them that are having the problem.

"PayPal Direct Payment" is the Website Payments Pro service.
"Merchant country unsupported" probably is related to the fact that Website Payments Pro is ONLY available to merchants in a couple countries, and not worldwide.

You'll need to go to Admin->Modules->Payment->PayPal Website Payments Pro, and click "Remove".

You can use Express Checkout instead.
