Where is the stylesheet loaded?

Hi all, im trying to get my store load an additional stylesheet into the the store, but i cant find where the original stylesheet.css is loaded. Ive looked in the html_header file and the tpl_header file, but nothing seems to be pointing towards the css file?

Save your additional stylesheet in /includes/templates/your_template/css/.
Any .css file in that folder whose name starts with styles will be loaded in alphabetical order.
