Can I Divide my Newsletter List?

I just sent out my store newsletter to my 655 subscribers and 255 of them can flooding back as not deliverable.

So I called my host and they said that they have created a restriction of 400 emails per hour. They recommended dividing my list into 200-250 subscribers and sending it out in batches.

Can Zen Cart do that? Is that possible?

I looked at sending it to different segments of my list but my main core is still almost 500.

It's possible, but not from Zencart v1.3.x. There are second-party programs like Mailchimp that seem to do the job for some Zenners.
