Turn off "Always free shipping"

I have somehow turned on the option for "always free shipping" when I go to add a new product and I get a big warning sign. How do I change that back so when I go to add a new product it is already set to "No, Normal Shipping Rules". Thank you!

Go to Catalog > Product Types and click the Edit Layout button next to the product type you are using to set up your products.

Scroll down the screen and set the Product Free Shipping Default Status - Normal Shipping Rules - When adding new products? field to No, Always OFF.
