Subcategories links will not remove from main page

Hello all,

I love this shopping cart. Thanks to the Zen Cart team and the entire Forum Community.

Basically, I am unable to remove the subcategories links from the top of my page. I disable the setting by going to Configuration, Layout Settings, Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF…… 0= Hide Categories Tabs. However, the links are still there. If someone could please click on the link below and advise how I can disable this feature I would really appreciate it.

After searching many hours I was able to fix the problem. I install the Categories Dressing mod by Glenn Herbert (gjh42).
