    Default CKEditor install

Going mad with this! I have downloaded the latest CKEditor zip from here http://ckeditor.com/download - unzipped the file and followed the instructions for installation found here http://docs.fckeditor.net/CKEditor_3...e/Installation.

So i now have a folder called "ckeditor" sitting in public_html, which is where the rest of my store folders sit.

When I go into the Zencart admin area, configuration/my store and try to edit the HTML editor, all I see is HTMLarea and Plain Text in the drop down box.

What am I missing? Is there some step in the install instructions that is wrong? Is this the correct path for all the ckeditor files.

    Help please!!!!

There will be special integration requirements for a new editor.

FCKeditor is already integrated ... you can get the latest update here: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=268

Or you can integrate CKEditor from here: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=1626

Dr byte: The last link you gave is for 1.3.9. Do you know if it works for those who have 1.3.8a?

Thanks for the reply. I have just installed it, but it only shows the textArea for english. I copied the english folder in the zip and renamed it norwegian. But it still just shows the english textArea.

    Any clue?

It works now. Here is how i solved it. The module on zen card add on pages only have a few languages in the lang folder. This is also described in the readme file. Just had to download the one from cke website which has all language files and copy over the desired language (.js) file to the lang folder.

    Thanks anyway.
