    red flag Database Patch Needed

I had a ZenCart shop on another server. Apparently it got hacked. I'm not sure which version it was as I hadn't logged in for some time.

So, I managed to get in and get the database and I moved it over to another web host. I installed the latest version (1.3.8?) through Fantastico. I then imported all of my database contents..and here is where I went wrong. Then I copied over all the files from the old site from an old backup (dated 2008).

So it started telling me I needed a patch, so I looked up the version I had (which was obviously 1.3.something) and applied that.

Now the site is still telling me "Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels".

Would this be because I have used old files? How can I solve it? I didn't want to start again as I had a couple of extensions that I didn't want to re-install..but will I just have to start again? Please say no!

    Thanks!

Very dangerous. Upgrades by Fantastico often damage stores. Keep your eyes wide open to anomalies.
