Does anyone know how I can add a tick-box to the checkout process that adds a value (£0.50) to the total order cost?

The tickbox is to allow shoppers to add a charity donation if they wish.

I thought about modifying a gift-wrap module but they seem to be per product rather than per order so aren't really appropriate.

I'm using advanced shipping but to add an extra option for each postage choice that inculdes the donation would be really messy.

Any ideas?
