eg. change "privacy note" to "privacy"?

Admin > Configuration > E-Mail Settings > Display "Newsletter Unsubscribe" Link?

Text output is all defined in language files; to find where to change text, paste a distinctive snippet like Privacy Notice in Tools > Developers Toolkit, lower left box, select all files and search. Among the results will be the file and line number to edit.

Another question,
How do I display "Page 2"?
What I did are:
1.Configuration > Define Page Status ,changed "Define Page 2" value to "1"
2.Tools > Layout Controller Boxes, "sideboxes/ezpages.php" is "ON LEFT 0 0 ON"
3.Configuration > EZ-Pages Settings,"EZ-Pages Display Status – Sidebox" is "1"

I can't see it on the pages.
